The crosshair cursor may not align with the center of a guide line.

These and other factors can affect alignment.
Calibration aligns the center of the cursor with the center of the line on the X/Y axes.
Cursor Calibration
Select Tool > Cursor Calibration.
When calibration starts, the currently drawn guide lines and trace information are cleared.

Crosshair lines are drawn in the guide-line drawing area. Move the cursor to the center of the crosshair.
Cursor Operation
Keyboard operation is recommended because it allows movement in one-pixel increments.
When you confirm using the drawing confirmation operation, the calibration values are displayed.
The calibration values are valid only within this application.
