File Encoding Notes
If file names or text inside files contain characters such as
è, é, ü, or Japanese
characters, they may not be processed correctly depending on the
character encoding.
If text becomes garbled or files cannot be opened correctly, save the target file again as UTF-8 with BOM.
Files saved in formats other than UTF-8 with BOM may cause garbled text or loading errors.
